    We collect the following data: email address (upon registration), athlete profile data (fitness level, weekly availability, race goals, sports practiced), training data (planned and completed sessions, performance metrics synced via Intervals.icu), and usage data (pages visited, features used, bug reports).

    Your data is used to: generate personalized training plans via our AI algorithm, track your progress and adapt your program, improve the application and fix bugs, and communicate with you regarding your account and service updates.

    4. Storage and security

    Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We use security practices consistent with industry standards.

    5. Data sharing

    We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may only be shared with: essential service providers for the operation of the application (hosting, email delivery), and legal authorities if required by law.

    We use essential cookies for the operation of the application (authentication, session preferences). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers for profiling purposes.

    Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all your personal data is deleted within 30 days, with the exception of anonymized data used for statistical purposes.
