    Terms of Service and Sale

    1. Service Description

    TriCoach AI is an AI-assisted triathlon coaching service. It generates personalized training plans based on your profile, goals, and activity data.

    2. Subscription

    Access to the service requires a monthly or annual subscription. Billing is automatic and tacitly renewed each period. Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location, with taxes applicable per your jurisdiction.

    3. Free Trial and Right of Withdrawal

    Each new subscription includes a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during this period. The free trial serves as your reflection period: by continuing the subscription beyond the trial, you expressly consent to the service beginning and waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (EU) and Section 230 of Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

    4. Cancellation

    You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is provided.

    5. Health Disclaimer

    TriCoach AI does not replace the advice of a doctor or healthcare professional. Generated training plans are suggestions based on artificial intelligence. Consult a physician before starting or modifying a training program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    TriCoach AI is provided "as is." Julien Capuano shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of the service or following the generated training plans.

    7. Minimum Age

    Use of TriCoach AI is restricted to persons aged 16 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

    8. Applicable Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. For users residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
